This Privacy Policy applies to all Android applications (hereinafter referred to as "Applications") developed and published by Red Staff Corp. on the Google Play Store.
Our Privacy First Approach: Most of our Applications operate primarily offline and perform processing directly on your device (on-device). We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to external servers owned by us. Some Applications integrate optional third-party services, such as Google Play Games Services, described in Section 3 below.
1. Permissions and Data Handling
Depending on the specific Application, the following permissions and device capabilities may be used to provide functionality:
- Photos and Media Files (e.g., Puzzle Apps): If an Application allows you to use your own images, all image processing occurs locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to or stored on any external server.
- Microphone and Voice Recognition (e.g., Voice-Controlled Apps): Audio input is used solely for real-time command processing. Voice recordings are neither recorded nor stored on any device or external server.
- Device Sensors (e.g., Accelerometer / Shake Detection): Sensor data is processed locally in real-time solely to trigger in-app interactions (such as shaking the device). Sensor data is not stored or transmitted.
- Local Storage and Preferences: In-app settings and state preferences are saved locally on your device's internal storage.
2. Data Retention and Deletion Policy
We strictly adhere to data minimization principles:
- No Personal Data Retention by Us: We do not collect, store, or retain any personal data or user accounts on our own servers. Where an Application integrates optional third-party services described in Section 3 (such as Google Play Games Services or Google AdMob), those third parties may process and retain data on their own infrastructure in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
- Local Storage Retention: Any application settings, state preferences, or temporary files generated by the Application are stored exclusively on your device's local storage.
- Data Removal: You can permanently delete all locally saved data at any time by clearing the Application's storage/cache in your Android system settings, or by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling the Application will instantly and permanently erase all locally stored app data. To delete data held by Google Play Games Services (such as your gamer identity or leaderboard scores), please see Section 3 below.
3. Third-Party Services and Advertising
Some Applications may utilize third-party services that collect information used to identify you, provide gaming features, or deliver advertisements:
- Google Play Services: Used for core system functionalities.
- Google Play Games Services (Sign-in & Leaderboards): Some Applications let you sign in with your Google Account through Google Play Games Services to enable leaderboards and related social gaming features. If you choose to sign in, your Google Play Games profile identity (such as your player ID and public gamer nickname/avatar) is shared with the Application, and your submitted scores are sent to and stored on Google's servers so they can be displayed on the Application's leaderboard. This sign-in is optional — you can decline it, and the Application remains fully usable without it, using only locally stored high scores. Who can see your leaderboard entry and profile is controlled by your own Google Play Games profile visibility settings (Friends only / Everyone / Only you), which you manage directly through Google, not through the Application. You can review or delete data associated with your Play Games profile at any time via your Play Games profile or your Google Account. This data is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob: If an Application displays advertisements, Google AdMob may use advertising identifiers and anonymous network data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and measure performance. These third-party providers manage their own data retention schedules in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for more details.
4. Data Transfer
We do not sell, trade, or transfer any personal data to outside parties. Where an Application integrates Google Play Games Services or Google AdMob as described in Section 3, data is transferred directly between your device and Google in connection with those services, not sold or transferred by us for any other purpose.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Applications do not knowingly collect or retain personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary action.
6. Contact Us & Data Deletion Requests
